I've had my A7 for about two years now and the front bumper and hood are absolutely covered in those tiny rock chips from all the highway driving between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I've tried using touch-up paint myself but honestly I just made it look worse, there's like little blobs everywhere if you look closely. I'm finally accepting that I need a professional to sort this out properly before the clear coat starts failing completely. The thing is, I'm really picky about who touches my car because I've seen way too many friends end up with holograms and buffer trails from places that claim they know what they're doing. I live in the MBZ area so ideally I don't want to drive all the way to the other side of the city if I can avoid it. Has anyone actually found a shop around here that really understands Audi paint and doesn't just rush through the job? I'm after genuine Audi car care and polishing service in MBZ City because I feel like these cars need that extra attention with the soft clear coat they use. I don't mind paying a bit more if the results are actually there, but I've been burned before so I'm doing my homework this time around. Any recommendations or even places to avoid would be massively appreciated.
