So I've got a bit of a dilemma with my Q50 and I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction because I'm honestly not sure where to take it. The car has been making this weird noise when I brake and the AC hasn't been as cold as it used to be, nothing catastrophic but I know it needs attention before it turns into something bigger. The thing is I've been taking it to the dealer for everything since I bought it, but the last few visits have left me feeling like I'm just a number to them and the prices are honestly getting out of hand. I've been asking around my building and a couple of neighbors mentioned there are some good independent workshops in the area, but I'm nervous about handing my car over to someone who might not really know Infinitis. I've heard too many stories about people taking their cars to general garages and ending up with more problems than they started with, especially with all the electronics and the CVT transmission on these cars. What I really need is to find Expert Infiniti Technicians Musaffah who actually understand these vehicles and have the right diagnostic equipment, not just someone who can do a basic oil change. Has anyone here actually used a specialist in Musaffah for their Infiniti and been happy with the work? I'd love to hear about your experience because I'm tired of overpaying at the dealer but I also don't want to risk my car with someone who's going to make things worse. Any recommendations would be really appreciated right now.
