Need Lincoln brake pads replaced, any suggestions?

I've got a Lincoln Navigator that's been my daily driver for a few years now and the brake pads are finally due. I've been putting it off because honestly I don't know many places here that even work on Lincolns, it's not exactly a common brand in Dubai. Most garages I've called sound confused when I mention the model, which doesn't fill me with confidence. Has anyone here actually used them or know a workshop that won't mess up my rotors or use cheap pads? I'm in Al Barsha and I'd rather have someone come to me if possible. The squealing is getting worse and I don't want to damage anything else. Any honest feedback would really help because I'm not trying to gamble on my brakes
