Three quotes for the same driveshaft job, why is the range so huge?

Did the clunk start after any lift kit or bigger tyres, or just out of nowhere? And is the vibration there under acceleration only or even when coasting? That would help narrow down joint versus shaft, and I'm curious what the middle quote actually included.
