Sending a quick question to customer service can reveal a lot about a shop before any money changes hands. How fast and how clearly they answer is a decent preview of how a lost parcel or damaged seed would be handled later. I emailed the team listed at https://budweedseeds.com about the stretch of one strain and got a reply that actually addressed my tent height. Generic copy and paste answers are a small warning sign in my book.
